In the heart of Meersburg's upper town lies our 6th generation family-run Hotel Bären, with its 20 individually stylishly furnished hotel rooms and a traditional restaurant in our historic dining room.
Enjoy our local, southern German dishes and freshly caught fish from the Lake of Constance in one of our two historic dining rooms or on our terrace on the market square.

We offer you a small continental breakfast consisting of coffee / tea, orange juice, rolls, butter, jam, sausage / cheese, muesli, corn flakes, apples, bananas and yoghurts.
The price for breakfast (10 Euro per Person) is included in the room rate.
Our hotel's own garages are located in the immediate vicinity of the Bären. The garage costs €7.50 per night.
Arrival from 2:00 PM, departure until 11:00 AM.
Reserved rooms can only be held until 6:00 PM without notification.
The Bären is open from April until the beginning of November. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except on public holidays. In August and September, it is open on Tuesdays and only closed on Mondays. Our kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM.
At our property, no dogs or other pets are allowed.
We have a free, hotel-owned garage for bicycles and motorcycles.
The city tax is €3.20 per person per night.

The Bären is the oldest hotel in Meersburg, with its first construction findings dating back to the thirteenth century. Since 1851, the Bären has been family-owned and is now in its sixth generation of family operation.
